Our second location is a state-of-the-art laboratory where our dedicated team conducts the bulk of our aviation specific testing and analysis. service to our clients.

Donna Broadstreet

Warehouse Operations Manager

Donna Broadstreet is the Warehouse Operations Manager at Aviation Laboratories who believes in the power of what she does. She began her journey 39 years ago straight out of high school with an opportunity in Manufacturing/Production, Inventory and Quality Control. Now she brings her experience and mad skills to empower her team to bring real results to her new family at AvLab. She believes that any business can escape mediocrity to achieve tangible results. She inspires doing work you can be proud of. She is intuitive and passionate about product perception, product success and quality workmanship. Donna moved to Texas as fast as she could, is married to one of the few true Houstonian’s, likes to ride motorcycles and works on crafty, sewing and quilting projects. One of her accomplishments to date is completing not one but two MS150 rides and would love to do it again.

Wayne Odegard

General Manager

Wayne Odegard has been Vice President and General Manager at Aviation Laboratories for more than two decades. He’s not a Pilot or Mechanic – just a Chemist – but he loves aviation and the aviation community. With a Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Chemistry from Texas Lutheran University and Master’s Degrees from the University of Houston in both Environmental Chemistry (MS) and Business Administration (MBA) – combined with decades of national and international sales and management experience – Wayne brings technical and commercial expertise to Aviation Laboratories, and through it, to the aviation industry. Surrounded by an outstanding technical, sales, and customer support team, Wayne continues to lead Aviation Laboratories into the future.

Cristina Posik

Sales Manager

My passion for aviation can be traced back to my pre-professional years. I’ve always enjoyed traveling and it was always very exciting seeing the world from above. Born and raised in Brazil, I was fascinated with the Air Force fighter at the time, the Mirage III (F-103) that flew above my neighborhood in Annapolis. A new world opened up when I came to the United States as I was invited to be part of a team that shared the same passion for aviation. It has been over 25 years since I’ve embarked upon this industry, from Marketing to Inside Sales, Sales Team Leader to Sales Manager. I like getting people excited about the things I’m excited about. Right now, that’s AvLab and our one-of-a-kind individuals who share the same passion.
Outside of the office, I run small races and marathons, I speak several languages (Portuguese, Spanish, French, Italian and a little Chinese) and I am always cooking healthy meals for my family. If you challenge me to a run, I will win. My goal is to stay healthy, sweaty and happy.

Derrick Jerry

Procurement Manager

Derrick (DJ) Jerry our procurement manager has been with Aviation Laboratories for 17 years. He came to us with a heavy industrial / manufacturing background. Having attended TSU and cutting his teeth in the petroleum industry, he has been able to successfully segue his talents into aviation. Always up for a challenge, he enjoys old westerns and Bluebell ice cream.

Staci Bridges

Accounting and HR Manager

Staci Bridges is the Accounting and HR Manager at Aviation Laboratories, responsible for the strategic direction, vision and monitoring of all kinds of financial procedures and office management.
As a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of Accounting and Management experience, Staci is known for maximizing operational excellence and delivering financial performance. She has acted as the CEO/Owner of two printing and manufacturing companies. As a business owner, she spearheaded the sales, marketing and operations and managed the company’s growth and development pipeline.
Staci thinks of herself as a resilient person. She is a native Houstonian who likes to go to as many rock concerts and drag-races when possible. Staci has a need for speed!
The things she loves most in life are spending time with her family and travelling.
When she’s not working, she is chasing after her pomapoo puppy Hunny Bear, who she is head over heels in love with.
