The whole process was very easy and I shipped my filter back the day after receiving the package. Only a few minor problems. I never received an indication when my sample had been analyzed so finally went on the web site to find it. This required a customer code, which I had to obtain after trying several different combinations. After this, the report was visible and complete.
An email with the information would have been helpful.
